No experience is required. Our sessions are designed for all skill levels, whether you are decorating for the first time or just want to enjoy a creative activity.

All sessions at Sprinkle Studio are self‑led. Our team is on hand to give you any tips, but guests work at their own pace.

Each session includes a freshly prepared cake, icing, a wide selection of decorations, all necessary tools, and a box to take your cake home.

Unfortunately, no. To help reduce waste, we do not allow adults or children to share cakes. However, if you are attending as a parent or guardian supervising a child, that is absolutely fine. Please add a note to your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this does not guarantee a seat, particularly during busy periods such as weekends and school holidays. Giving us advance notice helps our team plan ahead and accommodate supervising adults where possible. As a guide, bookings with one child and several non-decorating adults may be difficult for us to accommodate during peak times but we will always try our best to find everyone a seat.

Each session runs for 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to decorate without feeling rushed.

Sprinkle Studio welcomes children, teenagers, and adults. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the session. Please note that scissors are used during the experience (for cutting piping bags), and this must be handled by an adult for anyone aged 16 or under. We allow parents to attend with a child under 12 years old without booking a seat themselves, we will try to accommodate a seat for the accompanying adult but we cannot guarantee it during peak sessions.

Yes – we welcome group bookings, private sessions and special events. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and requirements.

All of our offerings are vegetarian and halal friendly. We cannot currently cater to specific allergens as our kitchen handles ingredients like nuts, gluten and eggs.

Advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends and school holidays. Walk‑ins and takeaway kits are available subject to availability.

We ask that you arrive up to 5 minutes before your session. A 30‑minute buffer is needed between sessions for cleaning and preparation.

We are located in the The Village at Metrocentre which can be accessed from either the Blue or Green Mall. Free parking is available and the studio is reachable by public transport.

Takeaway kits are limited each day. If you need multiple kits for a party or event, we recommend booking in advance.

Unfortunately not, our fridge is filled with cakes and 25kg blocks of butter, there seems to never be enough space! If you insist on leaving it here we will put it on the floor in front of the counter but we take no responsibility if anyone from the next session accidentally damages it or it goes missing.
